goodFarm Organic Henna Powder is a single-ingredient, plant-based hair colour made from organically grown indigo leaves. The powder is finely milled to help create a smooth paste for easier mixing and application.

Indigo coats the outer layer of the hair, helping to create warm, natural-looking tones. Colour results may vary depending on your natural hair colour, hair porosity and application time.

Now available in improved, convenient packaging - the 250g pack comes as 5 individual sachets of 50g each, making it easier to measure, store and maintain freshness for every application.

Usage instructions:

  1. Add approx. 50 grams of the powder to a bowl and make a paste with hot water. As an indication of quantity use 50g of product for shoulder length hair.
  2. To achieve a brownish black Colour add goodFarm organic henna powder to the organic indigo powder in equal parts mix well and add hot water to form a paste like consistency.
  3. Apply it to your hair with a brush and gloves.
  4. Once applied, cover your hair with a shower cap and leave for one hour. Keep for longer for a more intense colour.
  5. Wash your hair with water and a mild shampoo.
  6. Patch Test/Allergy Test: Always do an allergy test, apply a tiny bit of the prepared paste in the crease of your elbow or behind your ear at least 48 hours before using a full application. This can help you assess your skin's sensitivity and identify any adverse effects.

The resulting colour will depend on your natural hair colour and duration for which indigo is left on. It will usually give bluish black undertones on brown hair. On light coloured hair – more bluish tone. To achieve
a brownish black colour, add goodFarm Organic Henna Powder to the indigo powder in equal parts & follow step 3 to 5 above.

Precautions: Always do a patch test before application. Use gloves for application. Handle hot water with care. Keep away from children. As
this is a natural product, the colour may change slightly over time. This is not a food product. If consumed seek immediate medical advice.
