About goodFarm Organic Henna Powder 250g

goodFarm Organic Henna Powder is a single-ingredient, plant-based hair colour made from organically grown henna leaves. The powder is finely milled to help create a smooth paste for easier mixing and application.

Henna coats the outer layer of the hair, helping to create warm, natural-looking tones. Colour results may vary depending on your natural hair colour, hair porosity and application time.

Usage instructions:
1. Add approx. 50 grams of the powder to a bowl and make a paste with hot
water. As an indication of quantity use 50g of product for shoulder length
hair.

2. To achieve a brownish black color add goodFarm organic
indigo powder to the organic henna powder in equal parts mix well and add hot
water to form a paste like consistency.

3. Apply it to your hair with a brush and gloves.

 4. Once applied,
cover your hair with a shower cap and leave for one hour. Keep for longer for a
more intense colour.

5. Wash your hair with water and a mild shampoo.

 6. Patch Test/Allergy
Test: Always do an allergy test, apply a tiny bit of the prepared paste in the
crease of your elbow or behind your ear at least 48 hours before using a full
application. This can help you assess your skin's sensitivity and identify any
adverse effects. The resulting colour will depend on your natural hair colour
and duration for which henna is left on. It will usually give reddish brown
undertones on brown hair. On light coloured hair - grey, white or blonde - it
will give a more orange/red tone. To achieve a brownish black color, add
goodFarm Organic Indigo Powder to the henna powder in equal parts & follow
step 3 to 5 above.
