1.⁠ ⁠Orders placed before 11am, Monday to Friday, are shipped on the same day. Weekend orders are shipped on the next business day. 

2.⁠ ⁠Our fulfilment team works hard to ensure your order reaches you in the specified timeline. However, we work with 3rd party delivery partners who may not always adhere to those timelines. We can assure you these delays / instances are rare.
